FOR VALUE RECEIVED. the underaigned and if more than one. jointly and severally (the ~~aker), does hereby
covenant and pmmise to pay to the order of Sun Bank of S~ Lucie County or to its successors or assigns (collectively the
Payee). at its principal office at 111 Orange Ave., Fort Pierce. Fla. or at such other place as the Payee may designate
to the Ddaker in writing from time to time. in legal tender of the United States. the Principal Amount together v~ith
intereat at the Interest Rate on the unpaid balance of the Prineipal Amount
The sum~ due and owinR hereunder shall be payable during the Amortization Period in equal monthly instalmenta,
each in the amount of the Inetalment Payment. We tirst such Inatalment Payment to be made on the Firat Instalment
Payment Date and aubaequent Instalment Paymente on the tirst day o[ each month thereafter until the Maturity Date
wher~upon the entire unpaid balance o[ principal and intereat accrued and unpaid thereon shall become due . and pay-
able; each such instalment when paid shall be applied 8rst to the payment of interest on the unpaid balance at the In-
tereat Rate-and We remainder thereot to payment on account of principal.
If any Iastalment Payment shall not be paid when due. then the entire principal sum and aecrued interest here-
under shall become due and payable at onoe or thereafter. at the option of the holder of this Note. The Payee maY, at
its option, collect a late charge not to e:ceed two centa for each one dollar of each Instalment Payment not paid when .
due to rnimburae the Payee for e:pensea of servicing delinquent Inatalment Pa~rments. Failure to ezercise these optiona
ehall not rnnatitute a waiver of the right to e:emise the same in the event of any aubsequent default.
It ia further agreed that the Maker and each endoraer. surety. guarantor, jointiy and aeverapy, ahall pay all costa of
collection of this Note, including a reasonable attorney's tee. on tailure to pay any Instalment Payment or any accrued
~ interest due hereunder on the due date thenwf. Thia Note and all sums due hereunder shall bear interest at the highest ~
lawful rate of interest per annum in the State of Ftorida from the date when the principal and accrued intereat under
this Note shall be due and payable. The total interest payable bereunder ahall not in any one year exceed the highest
lawful rate of intereat in the State of Florida.
This Note is aecured by a Mortgage. datec~ the date hereof, of property situated in the State of Florida.
The Maker agrees that it shal! be bound by any agreemeat e:tending the time or modifying the above terms of
payment, made by the Payee and the owner or owneis of the property atfected by said Mortgage. whether with or with- .
~ out notice to the Maker, and the Maker shall continue liable to pay the amount due hereunder, but with intereat at a
rate no greater than the Interest Rate, aecording to the terma of any such agreement of e:tension or modification. I

~ the Payee under the happening of an event by which said balance shall or may become due and payable under the terms
~ of said Mortgage.

This Note may not be changed orally, but only by an agreement in writing, signed by the party against whom en- ~
forcement of any waiver, change, modi~cation or discharge is sought.
All parties to this Note, whether Maker, principal. surety, guarantor or endorser. hereby waive presentment for
payment, demand, ptotest, notice of protest, and notice of dishonor. and ezpressly agree jointly and sevetally to remain
and continue bound tor the payment of the principal and inteteat pmvided for by the terms of this Note. notwithstanding
any e:tension or e:tenaions of t6e time of, or for the payment ot said principal or interest, or any change or changes in
the amount or amounta agreed to be paid under or by virtue of the obligation to pay provided tor in this Note, or any
change or changea by way of release or surrender or sub~titution of any real property and collateral, or either, held as ~
security for this Note.- and v?sive all and every kind o[ notice oi such eztension or e:tensions, change or changes, and
