THIS ASSIGNMENT, made the date set forth herein below, by HAFtOLD - ~
E. ROY and LORNA ROY, his wife, of Stuart, Flarida (hereinafter called
Assignor), to STUART NATIONAL BANK, a national banking association, with ~
principal place of business at 301 East Ocean Boulevard, Stuart, Florida (herein-
after called Assignee?,
WHEREAS, DU ROY, INC. , a Florida Corporation, secured a certain Note
dated December 5, 19?3 in the principal sum of $10, 000. 00 in favor of STUART
NATIONAL BANK, and,
WHEREAS, DU ROY, INC. , a Florida Corporation, executed a certain Note
on February 21, 1974, in the principal sum of $15, 000. 00 in favor of STUART
NATIONAL BANK, and, ~
WHEREAS, both Notes were combined in a renewal Note dated August 21, 1974, ;
. in the principal sum of ~25, 000. 00 in favor of STUART NATIONAL BANK, and,
WHEREAS, there is now outstanding the principal indebtedness of $19, 0000. 00 ~
by DU ROY, INC, in favor of STUART NATIONAL BA1VK, and,
WHEREAS, HAROLD E. ROY and LORNA ROY, a/k/a Lorna J. Roy, did
execute a certain Guarantee of Payment of the above Notes executed by DU ROY,
I~ INC. , in favor of STUART NATIONAL BANK, '

~ NOW, THEREFORE, HAROLD E. ROY and LORNA ROY, the undersigned
~ Owners of a Mortgage (and the indebtedness sectf~re~i-by it), made by JOHN R. F`EA,
to DU ROY, INC. for $37, 744. 58, on the 18th day of September, 1974, and recorded
in Official Records Book 232, Page 840, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records,
which said Mortgage was subsequently assigned by DU ROY, Inc, to HAROLD E. ROY
and LOR~A ROY, by that certain Assignment dated September 18, 1974, and re-
corded in Off icial Records Book 232, Page 843, St. Lucie County, Florida, public
records, do hereby assign and transfer the above described Mortgage (and the

~ underlying indebtedness secured by it) to STUART NATIONAL BANK, a national
~
~ banking association.
