HIS WIFE, DATED OCTOBER 4, 1974.
The mortgagees covenant and agree to release, upon payment
of annual installments or prepayment, from the force and effect of
this second purchase money mortgage upon the following formula: Be-
ginning Westerly of and adjacent to the East 146 feet, as measured
on the diagonal along Okeechobee Road and contiguous with said East
146 feet of subject property, there shall be released by payment or
prepayment, based on $179.82 per frt~nt foot as measured on the diag-
onal along Okeechobee Road, and extending to the North boundary of
subject property. All releases shall be based on the herein ref-
erenced front foot release formula and shall be contiguous to prior ~
releases proceeding East to West. All payments for releases shall be
credited against principal installments next due under this second
purchase money note and mortgage. A copy of release formula by di-
agram for reference is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
