ORDER ON AMENDED MOTION TO
AMEND ORDER OF MARCH 13, 1973 -
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the amended motion to
amend order of March 13, 1973, and having heard argument of counsel -

; - and being fully advised in the-premises, it is

; ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. The amended motion to amend the order of March 13,
1973, is granted and the intervenor, EDWARD GERHARDT. will have
~ 30 days following the conclusion of the pending appeal to the
Florida Supreme Court in which to close on the subject real property.
2. The intervenor, EDWARD GERHARDT, shall pay to the
property owner, ALICE L. WAGNER, each month beginning November 11,
1974. one-twelfth of the 1974 real estate taxes on the subject
property together with a monthly interest payment based upon 790
`3 ~ of the total sales price, minus the deoosit of $12,250.00.
