This cause came on for trial the 2nd daq of October, 1974
and the Court havi.ng given full consideration to all the evidence
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and ~
wife now euists between the parties; and that the maniage betwee ~
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ALTON

' WALRER, SR. and LORETHA WALRER be and the same is hereby dissolve {

~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from th '
f bonds of matrimony heretofore egisting between them and from the
~
obligations arising therefrom.
~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of ALTON WALRER, JR. and COtiSULLUE
L. WALRER, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to
LORETHA WALRER, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to
ALTON WALRER, SR.

3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 4th day of October, 1974, ;

ALTON WALKER, SR. shall pay to LORETHA WALRER the sum of $50.00 {
~
~ each and every week for the support of the children, $25.00 per ~
~
~ child, named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to LORETHA WALRER. In addition there is

~ u~ hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added
