4. PROPERTY. a) The husband~ ALTON WALKER, SR., shall pay ~
to the wife. LORETHA WALKER as luno~p sum alimony a sum of money =
which shall be equal to the husband's interest in Lot 235 Sheraton ~
Plaza. Unit 3 Replat, according to the plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 16, Page 12 of the Public Records of St. Lucie Count
Florida, and as payment of said lump sum alimony the court hereby ;

awards to the wife, LORETNA WALKER, the property described in this
paragraph which shall belong to the wife, LORETHA WALKER, absolu-
~tely and in fe~ simple, subject to any outstanding encumbrances. ~
If the husband, ALTON WALKER, SR., does not execute a quit claim ~
deed to the wife. LORETNA WALKER, conveying this property within-
thirty (30) days then in that event this Order shall be considere
an effective transfer of the interest of the husband, ALTON WALKE , i
SR. to the wife LORETHA WALKER of the property described in this f

paragraph.
b) The furniture and fixtures owned by the parties
is hereby determined to belong to the wife, LORETHA WALKER, as
f lump sum alimony a sum of money equal to the husband's interest i

i said property subject to any outstanding encumbrance.

~ 5. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby

~ enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoy
~ ing the other.
6. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sumn of
~ $300.00 to be reasonable for the wife'`s attorney for his services
herein and ALTON WALKER, SR. is ordered to pvy said attorney said
sum, together with costs herein assessed at $30.50.
~ 7. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
~
~ parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
~
~ as may be proper.

~ DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
