said plat having been recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court, Fort Pierce, Florida, on December 4, 1953, in Plat Book 9, PaQe
71= toqether with the improvements thereon, and all furniture, fixtures
and equipment contained therein, replacements thereof and additions
thereto.

3. If the total sum with interest at the rate pre-
scribed by lnw and all costs of this action accruing subsequent
to this judgment are not paid within three (3) days from this date, '

4. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequen:: costs of

~ If Plaintiff is the purchaser, the Clerk shall credit Plaintiff's
bid with the total sura.with interest and casts accruing subsequent
to this Judg~ent or such part of it as is necessary to pay the bid
in full.
5. On filing the certificate of title, tlie Clerk shall
distribute the proceeds of the sale, so far as they are sufficient,
by paying: First, all of Plaintiff's costs; Second, documentary
stamps affixed to the certificate; Third, Plaintiff's attorne}•'s
fees; Fourth, the total sum due to Plaintiff less the items ~aid,
~ plus interest at the rate prescribed by lav= Trom this date to the
date of the sale; and by retaining any amount remainin~ pendin~
the further Order of this Court.
