WARRANTY DEED
THIS HTARRANTY DEED ~:ade and executed this lst day of

corporation organized and existirig under the laws of the State of
Florida, hereinafter called the Grantor, to
ROBERT E.PARCELL and KAY M. PARCELL, is wi e

hereina ter called the Grantee, which terms "C.rantor and "Grantee"

exhibits and all rules, regulations, contracts and leases affecting

corporation responsible for the operation of the condominium.

legal descriptions appearing in those-certain deeds of even date

1323 and Page 1327, respectively.
