_ This cause coming on to be heard on the Order to
Show Cause entered by the Court herein on the 3rd day of October,
1974, and the Court having hear-d the testimony of the parties and
their witnesses, hereby finds and determines that the petitioner,
Doris Griffis McHam, has failed to prove that Joe F. C~riffis
slashed her tires up to the time that said mtion was filed. The
Court further finds that the actions of Joe F. Griffis in followi
Doris Griffis McHam's daughter, going by her and her husbands'
house and places of business is not sufficient to constitute
interference, harassment or annoyance to the extent that~the
i court should incarcerate the said Joe F. Griffis: It is therefor
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED th~t°--the said Joe F. Griffis
€
shall not follow Doris Griffis McHa~? or any members of her family
in his automobile, shall not go by her house for any reason, or
in any manner annoy or deal with her except as to custody of the
child of the parties, Joanne Griffis.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the rights o
visitation of the husband are restricted to the hours of 8:00
A.M. Saturday to 5 P.M. Sunday on each weekend.
