(2) That a decree af divorce Mas entered by the Circuit :
Court of Jackson County, Missouri, on April 7, 1971, which decree,;
inter alia, provided that the custody of the couple'e child, .

husband Waa to pay to the wife the sum of $30.00 per ~e7~k as
child support. .
(3) That the husband has failed to malce certain auch support;
ri~~ payments, and is in arrears in the swa of $2.435.00.

~ (4) That there are substantial changes in the couple's :
