ORDffit FOR COMPULSORY PHYSICAL EXAMINATION
This cause coming on to be heard upon the Wife's Motion
For Compulsory Physical Examination of the Husband, James
Eweel Kelly, and the Court having considered the evidence
and heard argument of counsel and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband, James Eweel Kelly,
submit to a physical examination by O~.l~~ rn.~~
on a day and at an hour to be obtained by the Wife. The
results of the examination shall be reported to the Wife's
~ attorneys in writing and in a detailed manner, setting out the

~ findin s and conclusions of said physician. If requested by
the Husband, the fiiTife shall promptly furnish the Husband a
copy of such report and the Husband shall thereupon or there-
after, as the case may be, furnish the Wife with a like report
or reports of examination relating to the saa?e injuries or _
illness previously or thereafter made by another physician.
