FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause coming on for final hearing on the lOth day of
October, 1974, and the Court having considered the Petition, the
Answer, and the Stipulation And Agreement of the parties, dated -
October 9, 1974, the Court having heard and considered the evidence
introduced at the final hearing by the Husband, LONNIE~G. BECIIDE,
and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, finds:
1. That it has jurisdiction of the parties and of the

- subject matter of this cause;
2. That the marriage between.the parties is irretriev-
ably broken; and
3. That said marriac~e should be dissolyed;
and thereupon, upon consideration, it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
A. DISSOLIITION OF MARRIAGE: That the marriage between
LONNIE G. BECUDE, Husband, and JACQUELINE H. BECODE, Wife, be, and
it is hereby, dissolved a vinculo and the parties, and each of
