TH[IRSTON, ) Wife ) FINAL JUDGMENT ~ DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~a~` 7i ~ THIS CAUSE COMING ON TO BE HEARD t~a~l-"~. and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage be- tween the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ' 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between PETER C. i ~ THURSTON, Husband, and LINDA M. THURSTON, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~ ~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of MARR EVERETT THURSTON, age four, the minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to LINDA M. THURSTON with reasonable visitation rights reserved to PETER C. THURSTON. i ~ / ~ day of October, ~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing with the r ~ 1974, PETER C. THURSTON shall pay the sum of TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ~ ~ ~ ($25.00) each and every week for the support of the minor chil of the parties. ~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court = and by him remitted promptly to LINDA M.
