POWBR OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, MARY G. BAIRD. a
resident of the County of St. I~ucie, State of Florida, do hereby
appoint BERTI~ FLINN, a reaident of the County of St. Lucie, State
of Florida, my attorney, for me and in my name, to ask, demand, sue
