CASB NO. 73-534 CA - $AMPLE IN REt THE MARRIAGB OF ~ CARL FRANCIS MORSE, Husband and BETTY JEAN MORS~s, Wife FINAL JUDGMENT DISS IAGE This cause came on for trial the ~ jt~ day of October, 1974 and the Court havinq qiven full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has juris- • diction of the parties and subject matter of this suit= that - the relation of husband and wife now exists between the partiea; and that the marriaqe between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: _ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between CARL FRANCIS MORSE and BETTY JEAN MORSE be and the same is hereby ; _ ; dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever ~ freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. The former wife is awarded custody _ j of CLIFFORD GARDNER MOR$E and the former husband is awarded custody of BRIAN ANDREW MORSE. Each of the parties are to have ~ reasonable visitation rights With their children, and, in addition, coa~nencing on October 11, 1974, the younger child, being BRIAN ANDREW MORSE, shall visit with and be with the mother and his ~ older brother for weekends commencing 5 P.M. on Friday and con- ~ { tinuing until 5 P.M. on Sunday.
