that weekend commencinq on Friday at 5 P.M. and endinq on '
Sunday at 5 P.M. The children shall alternate between the
parents so thst the brothers may be together during each
weekend.
3. SUPPORT. The former husband shall pay to
the former wife child support for the care and maintenance
of CLIFFORD GARDNER MORSS in the amount of $15.00 per week
com~nencinq October 11, 1974, and continuinq until said child
shall reach his majority. In addition, the father shall as
he stated in open court be responsible for securinq equal
educational opportunities for the older child as his younqer .
brother presently enjoys and shall take such action as may be
appropriate to secure said educational benefits.
4. FEES AND COSTS. The Court detennines the suta
of $300.00 to be reasonahle for the wife's attorney for his
services herein and CARL FRANCIS MORSE is ordered to pay said
attorney said sum together-with costs herein assessed at $30.00.
5. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and
the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further -
ordera as may be proper.
