THIS CAUSE, coming on to be heard before me upon
the following motions on October 3, 1974, and the Court -
having heard argument of counsel and being fully advised
in the premises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the Motion to Dismiss filed by the
Defendants, GEORGE COPPOLA, IDA COPPOLA, JAMES COPPOLA, JR.,
and JAMES COPPOLA, SR., d/b/a THE COPPOLA COMPANY, is hereby
denied.
2. The Motio*~ to Dismiss and Motion to Strike

j filed by Defendants, JOHN L. LESTER and ROBERT COX are
hereby denied.
3, The Motions to Dismiss filed by Defendants,
RUTH LESTER and JOAN P. COX, are hereby denied.
4. The Motion far a Protective Order filed by
Defendants, JOHN L. LESTER and ROBERT COX is hereby granted ~
insofar as they shall have twenty (20) days from the date of
hearing in which to file responses to Reguest for Admissions.
5. All Defendants are hereby given twenty (20}

~ days from the date of said yearing in which to file Answers
~ to Plaintiff's Complaint.

IT IS FURTHER, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
6. That Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment
