ORDER SETTING CONTINU~iNCS OF TRIAI,
This cause coming for consideration upon the Court's own
Motion at the conclusion of testimony at the session on October 9,
1974, and it appearing to the Court that an additional one half
day will be required to hear the remaining witnesses in this matter,
and it further appearing to the Court that all or most of the
remaining witnesses are residents of Okeechobee City, Florida,
and the Court being advised in the premises,
It is therefore ORDERED as follows:
l. That testimony~in the above styled cause shall resume
~ on Tuesday, November 12, 1974 at 1:30 o'clock P.M. on the second
i floor of the Okeechobee County Courthouse, Okeechobee City, Florida.
2. That WILLIAM F. WILLES, Attorney for Wife is hereby
directed to transport the Court file from the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County, Florida to the trial
location on November 12, 1974.
