i~ 4. The Court modifies the a~mount of child support from

~i child per week to be increased by $5.00 per child per week
or a total of $15.00 per child per week. Said increased
1~ support payments to cwmnence on the llth day of October, 1974

and to continue thereafter until said child becomes married,
self-supporting or deceased.
5. On the payment dates as hereinabove set forth for ,

hereinabove set forth until said amount is paid in full.

Attorney for Frances Earlene Secrest the sum of One Hundred

; and no/100 Dollars ($100.00) plus court costs of $91.80
' or a total of $191.80.
{I 7. That the Court determines that a medical report has

~ been filed in evidence showing that the minor youngest child

'E of the parties, to wit: DEANA SECREST is in need of orthodontis
j work. DONALD THOMAS SECREST is required by the end of January

€ 1975 to make whatever financial arrangements that are necessary
'I with Dr. John R. McCranel for the performance of the required ~

! dental and oral work to be done on said child. DONALD THOMAS =

SECREST shall have the right, between the date of this order ~

and January 1975 to have said child examined by an orthodontist ~

ii of his choice and, in the event DONALD THOMAS SECREST can i
prove through proper medical evidence that the orthodontist ~
I
work is not needed, then the Court would entertain a hearing

to vacate this portion of the Order of Modification. In the f

~ ~i event DONALD THOMAS SECREST does not present such evidence ~
~ ~
' prior to the end of January 1975 he is directed to instruct ~
" Dr. McCranel to begin the course of treatment prescribed by
