ADDITION NO. 4, according to a Plat thereof on file in Plat
'Book 9, Page 71 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; together with the improvements thereon and all furniture,
fixtures and e uipment contained therein, replacements thereof ~

and additions thereto, and All that part of the North half of
Lot No. 7 and the South one half of Lot 6, Block 16, as shown on ~
PLAT OF HARMONY HEIGHTS ADDITION ~4, said plat having been re-
corded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Fort ~
Pierce, Florida, on December 4, 1953, in Plat Book 9, Page 71; i
