MORTGAGE NOTE

FOR VALUE RECEIVEO, the unders~gned promises to pay to the order of
BANK OF TAMARAC

~ together with inte?est thereon at the ~ate of 5.25 percent per annum from d$te -
until maturity, both principal and interest being PaYable in Lawiul Money of the United SWtes, wch principal
sum and interest payabfe in installments as tollows:
S231•23 shall be due and payable on November 10 , 1974, and
$231.23~sha11 be due and payable on the lArh day of each and every
month thereafter until the entire principal balance plus accrued interest
~ shall be paid in full.
This obligation is prepayable in whole or in part prior to maturity without
premium penalty or notice; however, no such prepayment shall relieve the maker
hereof from making the next regular installment coming due hereunder.
Such installments shall be applied first to the interest accruing under the terms of this note
and then to a reduction ot the principal indebtedness.
The makers and endorsers of this note further agree to waive demand, notice of non-payment
and protest, and in the event suit shall be brought for the collection hereoi, or the same has to be collected
upon demand of an attorney, to pay reasonable attorneys' fees for making such collection. All payments
hereunder shall bear interest at the rate of ten percent per annum from maturity until paid. This note -
is secured by a mortgage ot even date herearith and is to be construed and enforoed according to the laws
of the State of Florida; upon default in the payment of principal and/or interest when due, the whole wm
of principal and interest rema~ning unpaid shall, at the option of the holders, become immediately due and
payable. Failure to exercise this option shall not constitute a waiver of the right to exe?cise the same in the
~ event of subsequent default.
The unders+gned does not intend or expect to pay nor does the holder hereof intend or expect
to charge, accept or coltect any interest greater than the highest legal rate of interest which may be charged
under the Laws oi the State of F lorida. Should the acceleration hereof or any charges made hereunder re-
sult in the computation or earning of interest in excess of wch legal rate, any and all such excess shall be and
4~ the same is hereby waived by the holder hereof, and any such excess shall be credited by the holder to the
balance hereof.
