~ This obligation is prepayable in whole or in part prior to maturity without
premium penalty or notice; hawever, no such prepayment shall relieve the maker
hereof from making the next regular installment coming due hereunder.
Such installments shall be applied first to the intesest accruing under the tetms of this note
and then to a reduction of the principal indebtedness.
The makers and endorsers of this note further agree to waive demand, notice of non-payment
and protest, and in the event wit shalt be txought for the collection hereof, or the same has to be co~lected
upon demand of an attorney, to pay reasonable atforneys fees for making wch collection. All payments
hereunder shall bear interest at the rate of ten pe~cent pet annum from maturity until paid. This note -
is secured by a mortgage of even date herewith and is to be construed and enforad accordin9 to ths laws ;
of the State of Fforida; upon default in the payment of principal and/or interest when due, the whole wm
of principal and interest remaining unpeid shall, at the option of the holciers, become immediately due and
payable. Failure to exercise this option shall ~ot corutitute a waiver of the right to exercise the ~ame in the
event of sub9equent default. -
The undersigned does not intend or expect to pay nor does the holder hereof intend or expect
to charge, accept o~ collect any ~nterest greater than the highest legal rate of inte~est which may be charged
s; under the Laws of the State of Florida. S~ould the acceleration hereof or any charges made hereunder re-
wlt in the compuUtion or earning of interest in exceu of wch legal rate, any and atl wch excess shall be and
the sa?ne ~s hereby waived by the holder hereof, and any such exceu shall be credited by the holder to ths
balance hereof. '
