OF CUSTODY OF MINOR CHILDREN
This cause coming on to be heard on the Petition for
Modification of Order Pertaining to Change of Custody of Minor
Children and Notice of Hearing served on the husband, ROGER LEE
POTTER, on September 25, 1974 and the Court having heard the
testimony of the wife, BARBARA POTTER COUSINS, the husband, r

ROGER LEE POTTER,~having failed to appear; the Court finds that
the wife. BARBARA P4T'rER COUSINS~has remarried-to David Cousins
and are residing at 1062 Genevieve Avenue, Rockledge, Florida
and further finds that the husband, ROGER LEE POTTER, has removed
himself to Barbersville, Kentucky and taken the two minor childre
after notice of this hearing was served upon him and the Court :

further finds that it has ~urisdiction of the minor children,
DWAYNE ALLEN POTTER and BEPi JASON POTTER and of the father, ROGER
i LEE POTTER; it is therefore

i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that ~he said ROGER LEE POTTER, re-

t turn the minor children, DWAYNE ALLEN POTTER and BEN JASON POTTER
~ to the State of Florida.
.IT IS FURTHER 4RI?ERED AND ADJUDGED that this matter be -
referred to the Division of Family Services in the Brevard County
area for an additional report concerning the suitability of the h me
of the mother, BARBARA POTTER COUSINS, for the purpose of having
custody of the two minor children, DWAYNE ALLEN POTTER and BEN
-
JASON POTTER, returned to the mother.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the father, _

~ ROGER LEE POTTER, shall extend to the mother, BARBARA POTTER
COUSINS, reasonable rights of visitation of the two minor childre
sM~~A~ during the period the Division of Family Services may take
to make their reco~aendation .
