TEMFORARY ORDER _
This matter coming on for hearing the llth day of
October, 1974, and both parties being present, and upon stipula-
tion in open Court agreed to by all parties, it is
ORDERED AND AD.TUDGED as follows:

1. The parties t~ereto are enjoined and restrain,ed from _
molesting, harming, thre atening to do harm, or in any manner
annoying or harrassing each other.
2. Temporary custody of JOHN JOSEPH ANDERSON, JR.,, minor
` child of the parties, is hereby awarded to tt~e wife, JEAN_ MARIE
~
d - ANDERSON, with reasonable visitation rights reserv~ed to the
husband, JOHN JOSEPH ANDERS~N.
3. Commencing the 14th day of October, 1974, the husband,
JOHN JOSEPH ANDERSON, shall pay to the wife, JE~AN MARIE ANDERSON,
the sum of Seventy-Five ($75.00) Dollars each and every week far
the temporary support of tt~e minor child, JOHN JOSEPH ANDERSON,
JR. , and for the temporary alimony of the wife here in. ~
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
~ and by him -remitted promptly to the wife , JEAN MARIE ATdDERSON •

In addition there is hereby assessed tt~e sum of One ($1.00)
Dollar as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the
Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or
CHARLESE.BECNT cashier* s check. Both of the parties are ordered to k,eep the
