This matter coming on on the Wife's Motion for temporary relief,_
both parties being represented by counsel, testimony being taken, and
argument heard, upon consideration, it is
~gD~ggD AND ADJUDGED that:

1. Commaencing the Y
the Husband, PBILLIP DOUGLAS S~LNUT, shall PaY to the Wifie, Sffi~iRON
LYNN S~LNUT, the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) each and every '
month, for the support of the minor children in the custody of the Wife.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by hi.m
' remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition there is hereby assessed

p the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment raade

to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, mone~ order or
cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Glerk
of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all
times while this Order is in effect.
2. That the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of Seventy-f ive
Dollars ($75.00) per month for alimony.
3. That the Husband shall make the car payments.
