Personally before the undersigned official, appeared HORACE
CLEMENT and MARY CLEMENT, his wife, who, after being duly sworn,
depose and say:
That they are the Mortgagors who signed that certain mort-
gage to Indian River Federal Savings and Loan Association, dated
August 22, 1974, and recorded in Official Record Book 231, page -
1706, public records of St. Lucie County. Florida; and that they
are the Grantees in that certain Warranty Deed executed by Anna
Hall Johnson, a widow, to Horace D. Clement and Mary E. Fulford
Clement, his wife, dated September 26, 1963, recorded in Official
Records Book 74, page 91, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; and that Horace Clement and Iiorace D. Clement are two
names for one and the same person and Mary Clement and Mary E.
Fulford Clement are two names for one and the same person, and
that they are husband and wife.
