MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
THIS MODIFICATION AGREEMENT made this l~ ay of

hereinafter called Mortqaqor , WITNESSETH:
~ WSEREAS, Mortqaqor executed a mortqage to Mortqaqee on
property described in said mortqage, which mortqaqe is dated
August 22, 1974 , and recorded September 5, 1974 ,

in Official Record Book 23l , page 1706 , public records of
St. Lucie ~ County, Florida, and which mortgaqe secures a Note

dated Auqust 22, 1974 , in the oriqinal principal sum of
$ g,ppp.Op , ana which Note provides for monthly installmen
' of $ 83.54 , beginning on the Yirst day ,of October ,
19 74 , and further provi~es that any remaininq indebtedness, if no
- sooner paid, shall be due and payable on the first day of

payment dates as recited in said Note be changed.
. NOW, THEREFORE, for good and_valuable considerations, it
is hereby mutually agreed that the abovementioned Note be reformed
to the extent that the first monthly installment is due and payabl ;
on the ~irst day of Noveml~er , 1974 , and further that an
remaining indebtedness, if not sooner paid, shall be due and pay-
