The Petition of BIAGIO VACCARELLO for an Order of
Administration Unnecessary on the Estate of MARIA ANGELA
VACCARELLO, Deceased, has been considered by the Court and,

it appearing to the Court that:
1. The true cash value of the Estate of MARIA
ANGELA VACCARELLO, is under $10,000.00;
2. The Decedent has been dead since June 22, 1974,
and no probate proceedings of any kind have been initiated
~ with respect to her estate; the Last Will and Testament of
the Decedent was admitted to record in this Court on the -
3rd day of July, 1974, the sole purpose being to obtain this
I Order of Administration Unnecessary; and

there has been no concealment of material facts, it is
therefore .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Estate of MARIA
ANGELA VACCARELLO, is not liable for any obligations or ,
any cause of action and administration of the estate is
