THIS MORTGAGE DEED, executed the day of ?
1974, by H. R. HOLMAN and DORA B. HOLMAN, widowed, ~s mo er,
hereinafter called the Mortgagors, to THE FIRST NATIONAI, BANK OF
CLEARWATER, as Trustee of the Marital Trust created under the Las
Will and Testament of Herbert J. Wasson, deceased, and THT FIRST
NATIONAL BANK OF CLEARWATER, as Trustee of the Residuary Trust
created under the Last Will and Testament of Herbert J. Wasson,
- deceased, hereinafter called the Mortgagee,
WITNESSETH, that for divers good and valuable considerations,
and also in consideration of the aggregate sum named in the
promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the
said Mortgagors do grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release,
convey and confirm unto the said Mortgagee, in fee simple, all
that certain tract of land, of which the said Mortgagors are now
~ seized and possessed, and in actual possession, situate in St.
