BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared ,
Frank H. Fee, III who being first duly sworn by me says on oath f
that he is the attorney and agent in this behalf for the lienor
herein, East Coast Lumber & Supply Co., P. O. Box 790, Fort Pierce,
Florida, and that in pursuance of contracts with the f~lowinq:
ARAWAK CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION,
Route 1, Box 82, Maitland, Florida.32751; and
Pier 1, Slip 5, Pelic~n Yacht Club,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450;
as owner and contractor, both directly and by
and through its authorized agent,
ALFRED F. LINGO, individually and d/b/a
Capital Electric Company and H. & L. Contractors;
said lienor furnished mater~.als consisting of:
Lumber, roOf framing materials, nails, trim hardware,
millwork and other miscellaneous building supplies,
for the followinq described property situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida:
Lot 20, Block 114, LAKEWOOD PARK, Unit 9, as per
plat thereof in Plat Book 11, page 27, public
records-of St. Lucie County, Florida;
Lots 11 and 14, Block 158, LAKEWOOD PARR, Unit 12,
as per plat'thereof in Plat Book 11, pages
26 and 26A, public records of St. Lucie County, ,
Florida;
Lot 30, Block 101, LAKEWOOD PARK, Onit 9, as per
plat thereof in Plat Book 11, pages 27 A through
27 D, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
owned by Arawak Construction and Development Corporation, of a
total value of $9,684.11, pf which there remains unpaid $9,684.11,
~ and furnished the first of same on March 28, 1974, and the last
E of same on May 29, 1974; and that the lienor has properly served
~ his notice to owner pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 713,
Florida Statutes.
This second amended claim of lien is filed for the sole
purpose of correctly stating the total value of materials fur-
nished and the dates the same were furnished as the same were.
set forth in that certain amended claim of lien filed June 25,
1974, recorded in O.R. Book-228, page 2748 of the public recor~is
of St. Lucie County, Florida. Subsequent to the filing af the
said first amended claim of lien, checks given in partial~satis-
faction and full satisfaction of the claimed amount given by
Alfred F. Lingo and Arawak Construction and Development Corpora- ~
tion, respectively, have been returned marked "Not Suff icient
Funds" and charged back against the ac unt of this lien-claiman
