TO THE DEFENDANTS: -
ROLLIN W. TEDDER and ELOISE H. TEDDER, his wife;
AND TO ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED of the institution of the above
- styled action by the above named Plaintiff against you seeking to
foreclose a vendee's lien on the following described property in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the West line
i of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 19, Township 36
t South, Range 39 East, with the South right-of-way line
~ of the Central and Southern Florida Flood Control Dis-
~ trict Canal C-24; thence run East along said South .
right-of-wag line 1200 feet, more or less, to the
center line of a graded road extending Southerly from
Shinn Road; thence run Southeasterly along the center
line of said graded road 3958 feet, more or less, to
the center of a drainage ditch; thence run Westerly
along the center line of said drainage ditch 3094.54
feet, more or less, to a point on said center line
169.71 feet Westerly of the East line of the NW 1/4 of
the SW 1/4 of said Section 19; thence run North
11°23'47" along the center line of a drainage ditch
905.99 feet, more or less, to the point of intersection
of said center line with the West line of the SE 1/4
of the NW 1/4 of said Section 19; thence run North
along the West line of the East 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of
said Section 19, 1974.84 feet, more or less, to the
point of beginning; all as is more particularly shown
~ on a plat thereof. All of said lands lying and being
~ in Section 19, Township 36 South, Range 39 East, and
containing 120 acres, more or less.
