defalcation, to the order of W. A. WILLIAMS and LILITH B. WILLSAMS at P.O. :

~ with interest from date at the rate of 7% per annum, in 10 instalments as follows,

Each instalment first shall be applied in payment of the interest and then on
the unpaid balance of the principal sum. If default is made in the payment of any ~
instalment then at the aption of the holder, and without any other notice, after 90
days from when the payment was due, a11 the remainiug instalments shall be due and s
payable. Privilege is given to pay two or more instalments at any instalment maturity ;
. date, but this shall not extend the time of maturity of any subsequent instalment.
Neither forbearance, nor acceptance by the holder hereof after any default in any
payment hereon, shall be deemed extension. :
Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, jointly and severally, waives demand, i
presentment, protest and notice of protest for non-payment, and further agrees to any
