THIS INDENTURE made this f~ day of October, 1974, between
~FRED M. KENDALL and LILLIAN L. KENDALL, his wife, parties of the
first part, and GRACE E. KENUALL, whose mailing address is P. 0. Box
733, Foxt Pierce, Florida, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the.first part, for and
in consideration of love and affection hav,e transferred and by these
presents do transfer unto the said party of the second part, a life
estate in and to the following described lot, piece or parcel of land,
situate and lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
From the Northeast corner of Block One of the Re-subdivision
of the Town of White City as recorded in Plat Book 1, page
21 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; run
South along the West right of way of Oleander Avenue a distance
of 603.7 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue South
~ 43 feet to a point 26.7 feet South of the Northeast corner
of Outlot One; thence run West 235 feet; thence run North 43
feet; thence run East 235 feet to~the Point of beginning.
AND
From the Northeast corner of Outlot 1 as per plat of the Re-
subidivision of the Town of White City as recorded in Plat
Book 1, page 21, St. Lucie County public records; run South
- along the East line of said Outlot 1, a distance of 26.70 - _
feet to the point of beginning; thence continue South a _
distance of 92 feet, thence run West parallel with the
North line of said Outlot 1, a distance of 235 feet, thence
run North 92 feet, thence run East 235 feet to the point of
beginning.
AND
From the Southeast corner of Outlot 1, Town of White City,
' Florida, in Section 4, Township 36 South, Range 40 East,
` as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, page 21, of the
~ public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, run north along
~ said east line of Outlot 1, a distance of 291.3 feet to the
~ point of beginning; thence continue north 250 feet; thence run
west parallel with the south~line of Outlot 1, a distance of
235~feet; thence run soutt} parallel with.the east line of Out-
lot 1, 75 . a' =fee~t+;~ tihen~e ~tun west parallel with the south line
of Outlot 1, 96.72 feet; thence on an angle of 67° 37' as
turned from the east to the southeast, run southeasterly
191.76 feet; thence run east parallel with the south line of
Outlot 1, a distance of 259.08 feet to the point of beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same as to a life estate only. The
grantors herein retain the fee simple.
