all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the ;
aforedescribed Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and
every provision of said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits
attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condominium
and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under
the Property Owners' As~ociation documents referred to above and the
provisions thereof are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Pur- ?
chaser acknowledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property O~mers' Association has encumbered ;
and ir.tpressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to ~
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declara-
tion of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Associa-
tion and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the Praperty •

that all warranties, representations and inducements if any, are as
