The undersigned Receiver heretofore appointed to execute
and carry into effect the Final Judgment herein and to make
the sale provided for therein, respectfully reports that the
amounts required to be paid in and by said decree were not paid,
and in compliance with said 3udgment he exposed the premises
described in said final 3udgment to sale at public auction on
the llth day of October, A.O. 1974, between the legal hours
of sale, at the East front door of~the new Court house at Fort ~
Pierce, florida, after having first gi.ven notice of the time and

place of such sale as provided in said ~udgment, proof of which

notice ~s filed herewith; that at said sale, FIRST FED
SAYINGS ANp LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, was the highest and
~ best bidder for the said property, havina bid for the respective
property, the sum set opposite same, to-wit:
From the Northwest corner of the SW~ of the SW~ of -
Section 24, 7ownship 35 South, Range 39 East, run South
along the West line of said Section 24, a distance of
38.00 feet; thence run South 89 degrees 23'30" East a ~
distan~e of 150.48 feet; thence rtin South OO degrees
00' 30" West a distance of 4~9.79 feet to the North right-
of-way of State Road 70; thence run South 70 degrees
08'30" west along the North right-of-way of State Road
70 a distance of 160.00 feet; thence run North 00 degree
00'30" East a distance of 495.74 feett~ the point of
beginning; all in St. Lucie County, florida.
All tangible persanal praperty nor+ situate on the above
described real property together with such property as 1s
described in the UCC Financing Statement ~ted June 20,
1972 and recorded in O.R. Book 203, page 1543, St. lucie
County, Florida, public records.
