BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared ALICE S. BURTON, who, deposes and says under oath that
she is one and the same person as SUSAN BURTON, who is described
as Grantee in the Guardian's Deed dated March 10, 1970, along
with JAMES R. BURTON, which deed is to the following-described real
property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Begin at the Northeast corner of the Sast 1/2 of the East 1/2
of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 9, Township 35 South, Range
39 East, run South along the East section line 50 feet to a
point; thence continue alonq the said East section line 2240
feet to the point of beginning di the tract herein described;
thence turn and run West 30_0 feet to a point; thence turn
and run South parallel to the East section line 200 feet
to a point; thence turn and run East 300 feet to the Section
line; thence turn and run North 200 feet to the point of
beginning of the tract herein described. Being otherwise
described as Lots 35 and 37 of an unrecorded plat of West
Fort Pierce Estates.
