PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

WNEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:.
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th da~y of October, ~
1970, by Outdoor Re"sorts--~of Amerfca,- Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
=5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie L'ounty, Florida,
encwnbering certain lands in St. Lucie CQUnty,~Florida therein
mor~ particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
~ounty, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and -
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National .
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a ~
part of the mortgaged premi ses , from the 1 i en and operati on of s ai d
mowtgage;~ . ~
NOW, THEREFO~E, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of Five Thousand Two Nundred and_NO/100___

5200.00 , t e rece pt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, ~uit claim, exonerate and discharge fram the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed
by said mortgage more particularly described as follows:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the .
said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair,
alter or diminish the effect, lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid
Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged property not released
hereby, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
