failing to appear and it appearing to the Court that the Plainti£~
is entitled to judgment based on proof presented before the Court
by Plaintiff, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, EVERETT L. SMITH,
be, and he is herebg, awarded judgment against the Defendants, ANN Q.
STPES and ROBERT SIPES, her husband, in the amount of $1,218.78, to-
gether with costs in the sum of $31.00, making a total of $1,249.78,
~ for all of which let execution issue.
