Such provisions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 t}uough 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18, 19, 20 and 22 of this Mortgage. Borrower and I.ender agee that all refezenoes
to the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note oontained in the above described master form of mortgage and
inoorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note de8ned
herein. Borrower aclrnowledges receipt of a oopy of the oomplete te:t of the provisions hereby inoorporated
by referenoe into this Mortgage.

21. Future Atlvances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at I.ender's option within twenty years fram the
