~proven by competent evidence, and that there is naw due and owing
to the plaintiff from the defendant(s) on the mortqage indebtedneas
described in the Complaint the sum of $ 18,52Z.20 ,~together with
interest thereon from the lst day of October , 1973 ,
at the rate of seven (7~) percent per annum,said interest beinq
computed as of the lst day of October , 19 in the-
am~ount of $ 1,404:65 , less escrow credit in the amount of
S 11.36 , leavinq a balance of $ 1,393.29 interest due;
S 250.00 , attorneys' fees; S 69•48 , prorated earned
attorney and quardian ad litem's fee
mortgage insurance premium; $50.00, ,
~tiumt; $ -0- advance for 19 County taxes; and $ 105.40 ~
Court costs; making the total of $ 20,390.37 due to the plaintiff.
(3) That the equities of this cause are with the plaintiff.
(4) That a lien is held by the plaintiff for the sum specified
in the preceding paragraph, superior in dignity to any riqht, title, _
interest or claim of the defendant(s) in the above-styled cause upon
the followinq described property, to-wit:
Lot 262, SHERATON PLAZA, tTNIT FOUR, REPLAT• accordinq to
the Plat thereof aa recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 18 of
the Public Recorda of St. ~ucie County, Florida.

(5) If the aforesaid total sum due to the plaintiff, and all
costs of this proceeding incurred subsequent to the date of this
Judgment are not forthwith paid, the Clerk of the Court shall sell
that property at public sale within the legal hours of sale on the
4~ day of None~r , 19 74, a day not less than ten (10)
days after the date of this Judgment, to the highest and best bidder
or bidders'for cash at the east door of the St. Lucie County Court-
house, in Fort Pierce, Florida, and after havinq first given notice
as =equired by Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, 1971.
(6) The plaintiff shall advance the cost of publication of
tt~ Notice of Sale and the Clerk's fee for malcing the sale and shall
be reimbursed therefor by the Clerk out of the proceeds of the sale
if the plaintiff shall no~,become a purchaser of the property at such
sale.
