~ SPECIAL.MASTER'S REPORT OF SALE
The undersigned Special Master heretofore appointed to
execute and carry into effect the Final Judgment herein and
to make the sale privded for therein, respe~fully reports

that the amounts required to be paid in and by said decree ,
were notpe~id, and in compliance with said Judgment he
exposed the premises described in said final ~udgment to
sale at public auction on the 15th day of October ,
A.D. 1974, betMeen the legal hours oi sale, at the East
front door of ~the new Court House at Fort Pierce, Florida,
after having first given notice of the time and place
of such sale as provided in said 3udgment, proof of Nhich

was the highest and best bidder for the said property,
having bid for the respective property, the sum set opposite
same, to-wit:
Lots 3 and 4 of COURTNEY TERRACE, as per
plat thereof on file in P1at 8ook 6 at
page 7 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Amount:
whereupon the said property was struck ~ff to them.
The said Special Master further reports that hte following
sums were found to be due and owing the Plaintiff for
