TF1IS CAUSE having came before the Court on Plaintiff, United
States of Ameriaa's Motion for Coaffrmation of Sale and it appearinS
to the Court that a Finel Judgment of Foreclosure was entered herein
on August 2, 1974, wherein it was ordered -that the real property
~ d Final Jud ent of Foreclosure be sold to the highest
described in eai 8'~? .
~ bidder by the United Statea Marshal in accordance with the aforesaid
~ Final Judg~a~ent of Foreclosure, the highest bidder being the Secretary

of Housing and Urban IIevelopment, his successors and assigns, for
$1,005,787.00; and the Court finding that the highest tidder at said
sale is an agent of the.~United States, and as such should be given
credit against the amount of this bid up to the amount due plaintiff
urider the aforesaid Final Judgment of Foreclosure in lieu of cash, in -
accordance with paragraph 3 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure; it
is therefore: ~
