On this day before me, the undersigned officer duly
authorized in the State and County aforesaid to administer oaths
and take acknowledgments, personally appeared VENICB ROY who
upon first befnq duly sworn upon her oath deposes and says:
1. My name is VENICE ROYj my residence address is 407
S.W. Dixie Avenue, Vero Beach, Florida.
2, I am a daughter of MARY DORIS STEARNS who died in
Santa Monica,.California, on October 6, 1971. MARY DORIS STEARNS
was a resident of Indian River County, Florida, at the ti.me of
her death, and a widow.
3. At the ti.me of her death, MARY DORIS STEARNS a%k/a
MARY D. STEARNS.was the owner of the following described real
property, as per deed from Florida Homesites, Inc. to MARY D-
STEARNS, dated November 3, 1947, recorded in Deed Book 139, at
page 373, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, ~
to-wit:
Lot No. 55, Block A, as shown on the Plat
of TROPIGAL ACRES, said plat having been
recorded in the Office of the Clerk of s
Circuit Court, Ft. Pierce, Florida, on
February 11, 1947., in Plat Book 3, page 20.
, 4, MARy DORIS STEARNS had two daughters who survived
~ her, namely (1) RACHEL MARY LOGAN. ~430 South Bayshore Drive,
! Miami, Florida, and (2) Affiant, and no other children.
