LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, ~ieorqe B. Younq, Jr., of t2~e Borouq~ of Monroeville, ~
County of Allegheny and State of Pennaylvania, do make thie
my Last will and Testament, hereby revokinq any and all wills
at- any time 2~eretofore ~aade by me.
Firsts I direct that the expenses of my last illneea
and funeral be paid out of my estate as soon as may be con-
venient after my deatl~. ~
Second: All the rest, residue and remainder of my.estate,
real, personal and mixed, of whatsoever character and whereso-
ever situate, I qive, deviae and bequeath unto my wife, Leona R.
Younq, the same to be hers absolutely. ~ ~
Third: If my wife, Leona R. Younq, shall predecease me or
8ha11 perish with me in a common disaster, then and in that
case, I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and ,

remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, of wl~atso-
ever character and wheresoeve= situate, unto my children, pro-

~ vided tYiat all of my livinq children shall be at least twenty-
~ one years of age at such time. If.any of my children ahall pre-
decease me, I give, devise and bequeatl~ the sbare of such de- .
ceased child unto the issue of stich deceased child, or in de-
fault of issue, unto my surviving children or their issue, per
stirpes. ~
Fourth: If my wife, Leona R. Young, ~all predecease me
or ahall perish wit1~ me in~a common disaster, and if any of my
living children sball be lesa than twenty~one years of aqe at

the time the bequests to my children shall become effective, then
