In consideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & Light Company of ~1.00 and other good and
valuabie oonsideration which I/we have received, I/we and those holding through melus, grant and give to Florida
Power & light Company and its successors and assigns an easement for the oonstruction, operation and mairr
tenance of electric utility facilities (i~cluding wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits, t~ansformer enclowres and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove wch facilities or any of them; to pernnit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any
other Company or person; also, to cut, t~im anci keep clea~ all trees, brush and undergrowth or othe~ obstructions
that might endange~ or interfe~e with said facilities, on, over, upon, u~der, and across my/our property described
as follows;
The West 10 feet of the South 430 feet of Lot 1, Kellem's Subdivision, in
accordance with plat thereof.recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 85, of the public
records o€ St. Lucie County, Florida.
It is the intent that this easement granted herein be adjacent to and parallel
with the East right-of-way line of Oleander Avenue as it now exists.
; By acceptance of this easement herein granted, Florida Power & Light Company
~ does hereby -release, quit claim and remise all rights, title and interest in -

~ that certain easement dated April 23, 1926, recorded in Deed Book 73, Page 14,
~ public records of St. Lucie County, Flarida as rt' pertains to the above
described property. ~
