Avenue, Fort Pierae, Florida, (hereinaftar "Assignee").
WITNSSSETH:
WHEBEAS, the Assignor is the Lesaee, by Aseignment, of preoiaes
kno~rn as 2500 North Federal HighMay, Fort Pierce, Florida, more
particularly described in Sxhibit A attaohed hereto, under a Lease
betxeen the Aaeignor and Indian 81ver Shopping Center, Inc. dated
April 10, 19?0 covering premises more particularlq de8cribecl therein;
NOW, THB8EF08~, in coneideration of an interest-free loan in the
principal sum of Ti~IENTY TAOUSAND ($20,000.00) DOLI,ABS and other good and
valuable consideration, the receipt of ~rhich is hereby acknoMledged, the
Assignor aesigns and tranafers all its right, title and intereat in anfl
under the said Lease to the Assignee, its successore aad as8lgns, as
security for the aforementioned loan to the Assignor. The Assignee
shell hold this Assignment of Lease until the aforementioned loan,

~ evidenced by note8 eaecuted by the Assignor to the Assignee on June 10,
1974, is fully paid. Upon payment in full of the aforementioned loan,
the Assignee hereunder shall eaecute a 8e-Assignment of thie Leaee to
the Assignor hereunder. Upon any default in payment of the notes
evidencin.g the~loan ~ade by the Aesignee to the Assignor, the Assignee
hereunder shall be entitled to enter and take posseaeion of the leased
premises as though this Assignment ha8 been ~ade Mithout any conditionB
attaohed thereto.
