after referred to as Proprietor;

kno~n as FOHT PITBCE LANTS and located at 2500 North Federal HighMay,
Fort Pierae, St. Luc~e County, Florida, and ~
NHEATsAS the Company is in the business of leasing, renting,
servicing, operating, aiaintaining and repairing of coin-operated machine~,

WHBBEAS it is to the mutual benefit of eaah party hereto that they
enter into an agreement Por the plaeement, servicing, and maintsining of
certain coin-operated machines in the aforeoentioned location,
NOW, TH~s8TsF08E, in consideration of the sum of Ten (~10.00) Dollare,
each to the other in hand paid in caeh, and other good and valuable
considerations as hereinafter set forth, the parties hereto agree a~

1. The Proprietor representa and ~arrants that he ie the oWner of
~ the aforementioned business and that said business is duly and properly
~ licensed by all required authorities, and further, that the undersigned
ie authorized and empoNered to enter into this Agreement.
-2. The Proprietor hereby agrees that he xill provide a Space
within the aforementioned businese at the aforementioned addres$ in Mhiah
space the Company agrees to install, operate, service and maintain for
the duration of this Agreement, and any renexal periods, the folloxing
described oachines in the premises hereinabove descrlbed:
All amusement-gaaes, aigarette, oandy, and food vending machinea
e=cepting: Lauce Crackers, Tom's Chips and Coco~ Cola vending
~ machine, at the places described in the ADDENDUM attaahed hereto
