Vending Contract and Location Agaceement:
In consideration for the oppurtunity and exclusive right to place vend-
ing machines~ on the heretofore described premises~ the vending company
does hereby agree to maintain and service any and all such machines in
the event such maintenance or service shall be necessary. All such ser-
vice and/or repairs will be carried out at the earliest possible time~
apon the Vending Company having been notified of the need for such ser-
vice or repairs.
The Vending Company further agrees that it will be limited in the ammount
of usable floor space, to be as follows;

i 1. That entire area now known as "game room"~ located in front of control
~ counter on south west side.
2. Area within the bar room for placement of one (1) but not more than
two (2) billiard (pool) tables. Vending Company further agrees that in
the event suc~h billiard (pool) tables become incompatible with the bar
operation, they wi.ll be removed to another area of the building or
suitable alternative floor space will be allowed to replace any income
which may be lost due to the removal or replacement of such tables.
3. Various areas on bowling center concourse which are iiow occupied by
amusement/game machines~ i.e.~ concourse area immediately outside the
above described "ga?me room".
4. Other unidentified areas within the bowling center, which from ti.me to
time may be authorized by the owners or general manager of the bowling~
center.
The Vending Company further agrees that it will at all times abide by the
decision of the ovimers or general manager~ as to what type of machines
will be acceptable for placement on concourse or in bar areas. Any such
machines which shall cause excessive noise or shall infringe on customer
aisle space~ or public trafic ways shall be deemed unacceptable.
