instrument subordinates said encumbrance insofar as same affects the rights and privileges of the State of
Florida in its use of thc land specifically above descxibed, for higbway purposes only, and that nothing
herein contained shall in any way affect, alter, impair, mininuze br dimiash the effect of said encunn-
brance or the remedies at law or in aquity for recovering thereout, or against the parties charged thereby,
the full amount of all sums secured by and(or due under the same. It is fiuther undersbood and agx+eed
that in the event said above desaibed premises are abandoned by the State and oeaee to be used for hig6-
H~ay constniction and maintenance purposes that in such event the subordination of said encumbranoe slu~t-
terminate in and to such portion abandoned and no longer used as aforesaid, a~ the eacumbrance beaome
of the same status ~vith reference to such abandoned portion as if the subordination had never been made.
