sand from certain lands i~ St. Lucie County, Florida, more
particularly described in Schedule "A", which is attached .
hereto and by reference made a part hereof; and
WHERTAS, Grantors have submitted with their application
a plan for mi.ning said land; and
W~iEREAS, the Coanprehensive Zoning Resolution of St.
Lucie County, Florida, requires the Grantors:to post suitable
security to assure that said plan will be completed as planned

~ NOW, THSREFORE, in ~c.~onsideration of the premises and

other qood and valuable consideration, Grantos hereby grant,
- barqain, sell,. alien, remise, convey and confirm unto Grantee
all that certain land of which Grantors are now seized and in
possession situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more parti-
cularly descri.bed in Schedule "A", which is attached hereto and
by reference made a part hereof.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that on coanpliance with each and every
of the provisions of the mining plan heretofore submitted to the
Board of County Connmiss~oners in St. Lucie County. Florida, as

~ the same pertains to the lands of Grantors more particularly
descri.bed in Schedule A, the estate hereby created shall
be null and void and of no further force and effect. Upon
